A workplace that fosters culture

営業活動のサポートソフトウェア事業を展開する“Magic Moment”のオフィス移転プロジェクト。broomでは、コンセプト開発から空間設計までを担当しました。社員間のコミュニケーション増加を促すためのさまざまな仕掛けを混在させながらも、それらを束ねるゾーニングでまとまった空間に。既存の企業理念を抽象表現へと落とし込んだ壁面造作や、風を受けて動くサイン、卓球台に変わるデスクなど、遊び心を織り交ぜながら、業務のためだけでなく会社のカルチャーを育むことのできるワークプレイスを目指しました。

This office relocation project was for Magic Moment, a company engaged in the business of support software for sales activities. We took charge of the development and design of the concept for the space. Mixing a variety of mechanisms to encourage communication between employees, we organized the space by grouping those mechanisms into zones. We sought to create a workplace capable of nurturing culture while interweaving playfulness throughout, as seen in wall decorations that work the company's philosophies into abstract expressions, signs that move with the wind, and desks that transform into ping-pong tables.
