Paper-molded, renewable hangers for distribution

“Moulded Pulp Hanger”は、パルプモールドを活用したハンガーです。包装資材や緩衝材として広く利用されるパルプモールドは、段ボールや古紙を主原料として製造しているにも関わらず、造形次第ではプラスチックにも劣らない強い耐荷重性を持ちます。衣服が流通する過程において、現在使用されている膨大な数の樹脂ハンガーの代わりを担う物流資材として提案しました。使用できなくなったパルプモールドは古紙として回収され、再び紙の原料に利用されるため、環境にもやさしい他、スタッキングによる積載効率の高さから、物流・倉庫保管におけるコストカットにも期待できます。

Although "pulp mould," which is widely used as wrapping material and cushioning, is manufactured with used cardboard boxes and newspapers as the main raw materials, depending on how it is moulded, it is competent as plastic in its ability to bear loads. Moulded Pulp Hanger is a hanger that makes use of such pulp mould. Due to its high loading efficiency with the use of stacking, one can also expect to cut costs with regards to logistics and warehouse storage. We are currently working on the project as a sustainable material that takes the place of the huge number of resin hangers that are currently being used in the process of distributing clothes to markets and customers.
