  井本 拓夢 / 代表取締役・デザイナー・ディレクター / 1992年愛媛県松山市生まれ。プロダクト→グラフィック→ブランディング、とデザインの現場をはしごする中で、領域横断による手段に捉われない自由なクリエイションと、包括的な体験設計に可能性を見出し、現在のbroomの礎となるスタイルを確立、14年 個人で起業。17年 broomを設立、翌年法人化。20〜21年にはヘルスケアテックのminacolor inc.にCDO(Chief Design Officer) / 取締役として参画。ブランド戦略の立案から、商品開発、コミュニケーションデザインまで、向き合う課題に応じてやわらかく視点を変えながら活動。

  Born in 1992 in Matsuyama, Ehime Prefecture, they traversed the fields of product, graphic, and branding design. Demonstrating an aptitude for cross-disciplinary creativity and comprehensive experiential design, they established the bedrock of broom's current style. Their journey began with solo entrepreneurship in 2014, culminating in the foundation of broom in 2017 and its subsequent incorporation. Notably, they served as the CDO (Chief Design Officer) / Director at minacolor inc., a HealthTech company, from 2020 to 2021. In this role, they contributed extensively, shaping brand strategies, steering product development, and crafting communication designs with a versatile approach to tackle diverse challenges.
